Alert Level 3 Update To Our Customers

Operational Update

We hope you and your families have all have been keeping safe during Alert Level 4 lockdown. Congratulations and thank you to everyone who has been “sticking to their bubble”.

At Geofabrics we have been working from home to ensure that our systems and processes are in place and will be fully operational when we are allowed to recommence trading on 28 April. Our warehouses are fully stocked and staff will be available to facilitate collections or deliveries as needed.

Customer Orders

Under Alert Level 3 our sales co-ordinators will be working from home and able to process orders via phone or email and quote as needed.

Our Sales Engineers will be available to offer product and installation training and assistance via Microsoft Teams or via video calls.

Geofabrics Covid-19 Level 3 Protocols

Geofabrics have employed the following measures to keep our customers, staff and the New Zealand public safe by preventing the spread of Covid-19.

These measures have been developed with careful consideration to the latest Ministry of Health guidelines as well as:

Site Delivery

Geofabrics freight provider will offer contactless delivery with documents being emailed to the contact provided with the order.

Please provide an area for our drivers to complete the delivery maintaining a 2mtr physical distancing.

Collection of orders

Customers may collect pre-ordered goods from Geofabrics Warehouses. Drivers must stay in the designated safety area whilst their trucks are being loaded and maintain at least 2mtrs of physical distancing at all times. Documents can be requested electronically at any time and will automatically be sent to the contact provided at the time of order.

Warehouse staff will record the full name of the person picking up goods. No physical signature will be required.

At all times on site please stay within designated zones and follow Geofabrics staff instruction. 

Warehouse hours are from 7:30am until 5pm
