Operational Update

The Geofabrics team are working from home to ensure that our systems and processes are in place. We are available to provide support to our customers providing Essential Services only during Alert Level 4 protocols. Our warehouses are fully stocked and staff will be available to facilitate collections or deliveries as required.

Customer Orders

Under Alert Level 4 our sales and administration staff will be working from home and able to process enquiries and orders via phone or email and provide support as requested.

Site Delivery

Geofabrics freight providers offer contactless delivery with documents being emailed to the contact provided with the order.
Please provide an area for our drivers to complete the delivery, whilst maintaining a 2mtr physical distance.

Collection of orders

Essential Services Customers and freight providers may collect pre-ordered goods from Geofabrics Warehouses. Drivers must wear a mask, stay in the designated safety area whilst their trucks are loaded and maintain at least 2mtrs of physical distancing at all times.

Documents can be requested electronically at any time and will automatically be sent to the contact provided at the time of order.

When on site, kindly remain within designated zones and follow Geofabrics staff instructions.

Christchurch: Monday to Friday - 7.30am to 5.00pm
